2. What information is collected?

When you visit or use any element of the Platform, we may, at our option, automatically collect and store the following types of non-personally identifiable information received from you: (i) information from server logs found on your browser; (ii) click-through statistics; (iii) traffic and behavioral usage (iv) your country; (v) the type of web browser you are using to access the Platform; (vi) the type of operating system you are using; (vii) the name of the domain and host from which you access the Internet; (viii) the date and time you access this Platform and the duration of your visit; (ix) the Internet address of the site from which you linked directly to this Platform; (x) browsing history; (xi) mobile page views; and (x) the type of handset device and mobile operating system you are using if accessing from a mobile device (e.g. Android, iPhone, etc…). Company only uses this data in aggregate form, for statistical purposes, and not in a manner that would give Company sufficient information to identify you personally. Automatically collected information of that kind typically provides us with a greater understanding regarding the use of this Platform, including which pages are the most popular with our visitors, what types of content, offers and products our visitors are interested in, where they are generally located and what are their general mobile browsing behavioral patterns. That information also allows us to determine if the Platform is working properly, make changes to the Platform that allows users to have better experiences on the Platform, and improve the Platform, our offers and promotional content so that they are more relevant to our visitors. We collect that information and track it for statistical purposes; we do not use it to identify or to market to a particular user. This information may be shared with third parties on an aggregated basis, but it does not include the Personal Information of individual users (defined below).
Our use of pixel tags and IP Addresses are set forth accordingly:
1. Pixel Tags, also known as a clear GIF or web beacon, is an invisible tag placed on certain pages of the Site but not on your device. When you access these mobile or web pages via a browser, pixel tags generate a generic notice of that visit. They usually work when a particular device visits a particular mobile page. Company uses pixel tags for Site analytics, to serve you more relevant content and promotional offers based upon your historical behavioral patterns.
B. Personal Information.
1. How do we use your Personal Information?
As a Subscriber to the Service or as a Member to the LEVEL Connections Network, you will be required to complete your personal profile information (the “Profile”), which includes your personally identifiable information (“Personal Information”). Personal Information may include, without limitation, your name, phone number, address, photographs, gender, video clips, race, ethnicity, hobbies, interests, occupation, income level, education, companion preferences and other information that we may request in order to facilitate a dating match for users. Company stores your Personal Information on its servers and/or may share and store such Personal Information with third party subcontractors, affiliates of Company, and potentially other users whom we consider a match for your Profile.
If you have set up a Profile, it will be password protected, in which case, that password is also part of your Personal Information. It may be possible to use portions of this Site without providing any Personal Information, but it may be necessary to provide Personal Information to utilize all features of this Site.

Company has taken reasonable steps to provide that all Personal Information collected by us through the Site will remain secure. For example, for credit card information supplied to us, we use industry-standard, SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption. In addition, we take reasonable steps to require that third parties to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of Personal Information received from us.
However, no Internet, mobile or e-mail transmission is ever fully secure or error free. In particular, e-mail or SMS message sent or any other information or data sent to or from the Platform may not be secure. Therefore, you should therefore take special care in deciding what information you send to us through an Internet connection or mobile network.
You can help us to protect your Personal Information by: (i) using a secure mobile web browser; (ii) not sharing any password or log-in data with others; and (iii) changing your password frequently. Company is not responsible for any breaches of a your Profile account and access to their Personal Information which is attributed to lost or stolen user names and passwords. In the event of an inadvertent disclosure of a user’s user name and password, you are advised to change your password as soon as you become aware of such disclosure.
4. How do we use your Personal Information?
The Personal Information you provide to Company will allow us to do the following: (i) provide the Services; (ii) alert you of new products or services, features, updates and enhancements of the Platform; (iii) handle your customer service or technical support questions or issues; (iv) personalize your experience while using our Service; and (v) deliver the type of Content in which you are most interested. We may enhance or merge the Personal Information collected on the Platform with data provided to us by others or aggregated from other methods (i.e. phone calls, in-person interviews, etc…)
5. Does Company disclose Personal Information it collects to outside parties?
Company may need to disclose items of your Personal Information to third-party vendors to fulfill the Services, to process, analyze, or store data on Company’s behalf without requiring further notice or consent from you. Those third parties are not authorized by Company to use or disclose your Personal Information for any purpose other than for use in connection with the provision of Services designated by us or processing of payments. We will take reasonable measures to have those third parties maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the Personal Information they obtain from us.
Additionally, should we determine a potential match between a Subscriber and a Member, then we may share certain Profile Information with both parties to determine if there is mutual interest to facilitate a meeting or date. We will not share contact information initially, but will share other Profile Information such as name, photograph, age, ethnicity, race, interests, occupation, education, etc… may be shared. Once this Personal Information is disclosed, we cannot control if the other person attempts to contact you via other social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, etc…). Even if we don’t disclose contact information because either the Subscriber or Member declines an introduction, you should be aware that the other person may have sufficient information to attempt to contact you via other means.
6. The transfer of Personal Information.
The Personal Information you provide to Company may be transferred as an asset in connection to a merger or sale involving all or part of Company or as part of a corporate reorganization, stock sale or other change of control. As part of its business operations, Company may transfer Personal Information to servers or recipients in countries that do not provide the same level of legal data protection as the country from which you access our Platform. By using or accessing the Platform, you consent to the transfer of Personal Information and to the processing by Company of that Personal Information.
7. Who is collecting your information?
When you are asked for information while accessing the Platform or using the Services, you are sharing that information with Company, its parent, and its various affiliates and sister companies, unless specifically stated otherwise. As a result of that sharing, you may receive communications from any of those Company affiliates. In addition, some Services offered by Company through the Platform may be provided in conjunction with third parties with which Company has a business relationship. If your Personal Information is being collected by anyone other than Company, you will be so notified at the time that the process for the collection of that Personal Information is initiated. If you do not want to have your Personal Information so shared, please do not elect to use the specific service or facility for which that Personal Information is collected.

At the time you provide personal information, Company will give you the option of declining any future offers or information about new promotions or services. In addition, many of the messages that Company may send you have procedures within them to cancel the receipt of similar information in the future.
