Child Safety Standards

TLC Matchmaking and the Level Connections platform are for adults only (18+ or the age of majority where you live). Accounts are created by invitation from a professional matchmaker, who verifies each member.

Level Connections has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexualization of minors. Any such content or conduct is prohibited.

If we become aware of it, we remove the content, permanently close the accounts involved, and report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the relevant law enforcement authorities, as required by law.

Anyone can report a concern from any conversation in the app using the flag icon, or by emailing contact@levelconnections.com. Reports are reviewed promptly.
